Notice anything "remarkable" about these pics? Yes, that's right; there's a bit less snow on the ground! Little by little, subtle changes are indeed edging us toward springtime (smile).
This same concept holds true in everyday life. What I'm referring to are making little shifts like healthier eating habits, more time in contemplative practices, being more mindful, etc., etc., etc.... Over time, measures like this lead to feeling well, making progress and claiming a life lived well.
These pics were taken at a local botanical garden. Even though there's less snow on the ground, it had flurried the wet stuff a majority of the day (a few snowflakes even fell as we shot these photos!). The fact that it didn't stick, tells me springtime is just around the corner!
