My Weekend Update...

This past weekend was unseasonably cool; marked by instances of mist, sunshine bursting through the clouds and episodes of rain.  Despite the cold and rainy weather, the weekend that just concluded was a good one, though.

Friday: It was homecoming weekend for Bowling Green State University (BGSU), so it was quite festive, here. There was a parade and lots of folks milling about--many of them donning orange and brown in honor of BGSU's football team, the Falcons. Post our dinner date, downtown, Mark and I ventured back home to watch spooky movies (it is October, after all).

Saturday: Mark and I headed north to Michigan to meet up with our son and daughter-in-law--two beautiful souls we are so proud of and treasure spending time with.  We all enjoyed a spot of browsing/shopping while visiting; then, savored a lovely dinner with our loved ones.

Sunday: We decorated our home for Halloween. Yes, I love this time of year...so, it's momentous.  And, Mark brought take out home for dinner...so, it was akin to a date night on a Sunday--only, it was at Bradley Manor (smile) versus offsite.
